Justin Patton

Author, Keynote Speaker, Executive coach

Justin Patton is an international speaker, author, and Executive Coach whose mission is to empower leaders to make their voice and presence matter. From the painful death of his father to being emotionally disconnected for over 12 years, Justin understands the unintentional damage you do to your relationships, career, confidence, and leadership brand when you do not take responsibility for how you show up in the world.

Justin is the author of Bold New You and the upcoming book series, Power Messages. When he is not speaking to audiences across the world or writing inspirational haikus for his social media followers, he is traveling or spending time at his home in Louisville, Kentucky.

Justin’s high-energy style, relatable storytelling, and relevant messages are what make him a sought-after keynote speaker. His clients include Taco Bell, General Electric, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Humana, US Chamber of Commerce, American Health Care Association, Energetic Women, Spear Education, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization, Sky Ridge Medical, KBP Foods, and Chambers of Commerce organizations across the country.

Justin earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Louisville and taught high school English in the public school system before teaching in corporate America and then starting his own company. Justin is currently a faculty member for the US Chamber of Commerce, has expertise in body language, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, he is a member of the International Coach Federation and National Speakers Association.
